01What is a cannabis social club?
A cannabis social club (CSC) is a private, non-profit association. Members grow cannabis collectively and share it among themselves for personal use, a model Spanish case law tolerates for closed, members-only cultivation and consumption. Clubs are not shops: nothing is sold to the public, and membership is never open to tourists walking in off the street.
02How to join a club
Joining typically means three steps: submit a membership application directly to the club, provide identification confirming you are a legal-age Spanish or EU resident, and attend an in-person interview at the club. Most clubs also ask for a personal recommendation from an existing member, and approval can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
03What it costs
Membership fees and monthly contributions are set by each club individually and vary across Gran Canaria. A FastTrack pass unlocks verified contact details — address, phone number, opening hours and membership requirements — for every club listed here, so you can compare clubs and apply directly.
